Returns and Exchanges
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return or exchange.
Items should be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with original packaging. For Fluid Pants, that includes the branded poly bag, thank you card, and inserts.

Fit or preference
No photos needed. Open the Return Portal and follow the steps.
Damaged, defective, or the wrong item
Email us at info@ellisonandfitz.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Return shipping is on us.
Return shipping
If you added Checkout+ at checkout, your return label is covered. If you did not, you pay return shipping, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Checkout+ cannot be added after the order is placed.
There is no flat return processing fee.
Exchanges
Size and color exchanges use the same Return Portal, within 30 days of delivery. Do not ship anything back until the portal gives you a label.
