1. Where We Ship:

   We ship to the United States and internationally. Delivery times vary depending on destination.

   
   
2. Order Processing Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

   
   
3. Order Handling Time Order handling time is 1 to 3 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Once processing is complete, the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

   
   
4. Shipping Transit Time Estimated delivery after shipping: United States: 5 to 12 business days. International: 7 to 16 business days. These transit estimates are in addition to the 1 to 3 business days needed for processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

   
   
5. Shipping Fees Tracked and insured shipping is $4.99 for orders under $99 and free on orders $99+. All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

   
   
6. Shipping Carriers We ship orders using trusted carriers, including: YunExpress USPS UPS The carrier depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

   
   
7. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking details may take up to 24–72 hours to update in the carrier's system.

   
   
8. Order Cancellation Policy Our team begins processing orders immediately after placement sometimes within just a few hours of purchase. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that cancellation or modification requests will be accommodated. To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@ellisonandfitz.com as soon as possible. Cancellations may be possible if the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.
