Return & Refund Policy
At Ellison & Fitz, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund according to the policy below.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
No odors, stains, or visible wear
- All original packaging must be returned intact. For Ellison Fluid Pants orders this includes the branded poly bag, thank you card, and any inserts included with your order. For all other products please return items in their original packaging where applicable.
- Your order number and confirmation email are required as proof of purchase
- Items returned without all original contents or showing any signs of wear or washing will not be accepted.
Return Process
To start a return, please visit our Return Portal.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping & Processing
You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery through our returns portal.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items: contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We cover return shipping at no cost to you, whether or not you added Checkout+.
All other returns and exchanges (sizing, fit, change of mind): if you added Checkout+ at checkout, return shipping is free. If you did not, a return shipping fee based on the carrier rate applies. For refunds it is deducted from your refund. For exchanges it covers the return label and shipping your new item and is paid in the portal before your label is issued. The exact amount is always shown before you confirm.
Original shipping charges are refunded only when the error was ours.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Exchanges
We offer size exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To request an exchange, use our Return Portal and provide:
Full name
Order number
Item to exchange
Requested size/color
Please wait for approval before sending items back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
You will be notified of approval or rejection
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
