At Ellison & Fitz, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund according to the policy below.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

No odors, stains, or visible wear
- All original packaging must be returned intact. For Ellison Fluid Pants orders this includes the branded poly bag, thank you card, and any inserts included with your order. For all other products please return items in their original packaging where applicable.
- Your order number and confirmation email are required as proof of purchase
- Items returned without all original contents or showing any signs of wear or washing will not be accepted.
Return Process
To start a return, please visit our Return Portal.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping & Processing
- Checkout+ (Free returns on your order) cannot be removed once the order has been placed.
- If you don't add Checkout+ at checkout, you'll be responsible for paying for return shipping
- By selecting Checkout+ (Free returns on your order) at checkout, your return shipping label is covered.
- Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping
- Depending on the customer's location and return destination, a return processing and handling fee may apply
- This fee may vary based on country, warehouse, and carrier-related costs, and will be communicated as part of the return process before the refund is finalized
- Any applicable fee will be deducted from the final refund amount
- Customers who do not add Checkout+ at checkout are still eligible to return their item within 30 days but will be responsible for the cost of their own return shipping label
- Return shipping is covered at no cost to the customer only in cases where the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

We offer size exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
